When will my flowers be delivered and how will I know they arrived?
We offer our customers same day delivery if the order is received by 12:00pm. If the order is received after that time, we will be happy to send the flowers the next day. After each order is delivered, you will be sent an email confirmation (except holidays)
Can I specify a delivery time?
You can request a time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it. We will do our very best to have the flowers there when you would like, and we will send an email confirmation (except holidays).
What happens If the recipient is not at home.?
We would like to have a phone number with each order, so if the recipient is not at home or work, we could call and set up a time to re-deliver. If we do not have a phone number, we will attempt to re-deliver that day or the next. We will call you with updates or questions, if we have any. After the flowers have been successfully delivered, you will receive and email confirmation.
Who makes up my order?
If you send someone flowers and it is within our delivery area, then our in-house designers will make up the order. If it is out of our area, then we are happy to send them F.T.D. or Teleflora them to one of our trusted affiliates.
Can you make a bouquet not shown on your website?
Yes, of course. We are delighted to make up any order at your request. We cannot guarantee that we will have every flower available, but we will do our best to substitute with a similar bloom. If you have an unusual request, please give us a day or two notice. Thanks!
Do you offer money back guarantee?
Yes, we do. If you are unhappy with our flowers, please contact us and explain why you are dissatisfied with your order and we will remedy the situation.
If I want to send 2 different orders to 2 separate addresses, how do I do that?
You need to fill out 2 separate orders.
What is your privacy policy?
We operate under a strict privacy policy and absolutely, none of the information you provide will be shared with anyone.
